River Oak Estate

Building a dream home affordably was what River Oak achieved when launching in 2015.  Each level building block included all amenities with land parcels starting from 630m2. This division was sold to both town and out of town residents who were looking to upgrade their current homes and enter the property market.  The estate was within a moments’ walk to the water’s edge, club and town.
